Just Randomness

There is a flea/antique (The Farm Chicks) market going on in the beginning of June in Spokane. Does anyone want to go with me? I'm fun! ;) We could make it a girls weekend road trip.....c'mon, anyone???

I have to take Natalie to the dentist today. I am not thrilled about it. She is having work done and does not know it yet. Poor little girl. I really hope that she doesnt scream or anything. I have to take the boys with me because Tom has to work, but they should be able to keep entertained in that dentists office because they have soooo much to play with in there. Luke likes to play with the little kitchen and Boston likes to stalk other little kids.
Yeah About That.

We were in Target the other day and Boston accidentally kicked a rack of books. I heard him loud and clear "Shit!". Ugh.....I internally went "shit!" cause I know that he learned it from me. We had a talk about it and discussed how it was not appropriate language and that mommy needed to be in trouble for modeling it. Mommy cannot play the wii for awhile ::wink::.

Appreciation

I appreciate my husband.
I woke up last night and rolled over and he was there( he usually is). I just layed in bed and thanked God for giving me a wonderful man. He works hard, loves us dearly, is the best father my kids could ask for, a great provider, and he is amazing at getting things done( he happens to me married to one of the worst procrastinators in the world). He just all around is the greatest thing to ever happen to me. We have some of the same interests.....and by some, I mean very few. But that is ok! He loves me because I am different than him. He loves golf, Im willing to try=) I like shopping, and he lets me go! He makes me smile and turns bad days good. Its taken 14 years to really get to this point and I dont think that I would change a thing about it.

I love you Tom.

Happy Valentines Day

Its been a good one so far other than Lucas and Boston having horrible coughs. I made french toast and baked chocolate chip cookies with valentines day m&m's. The kids are playing the wii and Tom and I are just relaxing and taking it as an "easy" day.

yep....nothing like it.

There is not a whole lot more unpleasant that waking up and noticing that your kid (i.e....Lucas) has left a giant dump on his bathroom floor (poor little guy is still not feeling 100%). What a way to start the day! At least it was on the lineoleum and not on the carpet, that was nice.

My day did get better though. I got to go to mops which is something that I really needed this week. One of the mentors' husbands came and spoke to us on Romance. I love that topic. I needed to think of something sweet to do for my husband so this was a nice refresher on what different people find romantic. I do want to get him a gift. I just havent thought of a good one yet. Whatever it is, I want it to be a suprise. Think...think....think.

Its been awhile....

You'll have to forgive my absentness. Sadly ive noticed lately that I am REALLY depressed and am having a hard time wanting to do anything. No real cause for it. I just dont know whats up. Im really hoping that I snap out of it soon. I prayed about it for a long time last night and Im hoping that God will provide me with some insight. He usually does. Hopefully I'll be back to blogging my usual nonsense in no time at all =)

Normally I am a morning person.....

Not this morning.

I got both Natalie and Lucas up at 7. I got N fed and was working on getting L dressed when he announced that he had to go poop. He ran for the bathroom and did NOT make it there. It was a feces typhoon. I now have to clean up pretty much all of my carpet in the living room, hallway bedroom area, not to mention a sick 3 year old. He will not be attending preschool today. :( My poor baby. He is laying on the couch now in a pull up and surrounded by towels. While I was cleaning up L, little miss Natalie decided to go back to sleep on the couch! I was soooo irritated, but tried really hard not to show it. She is definately going to bed early tonight. Well I got her on the bus and I can finally relax a little bit before we have to get this show on the road with Boston. I like that fact that he can sleep in. He needs more sleep than my other two. But once he is up he is definately a morning person like his mama. We are still dealing with hearing issues with him. I wish we could just get it all figured out and be through with it. Patience is a virtue. ::Repeat:: deep breath Alicia...........
