I learn something new everyday! Also, I have Freeloading chickens.

Today, my bonus child, Lita (16), taught me how to quickly dice tomatoes. Something so simple yet so incredibly useful for our daily life. I love to cook with fresh produce but I hate dicing both onions and tomatoes. I'm going to use her technique tomorrow when i make a taco rice casserole for supper.

I signed Matthew (3)  up for summer T-ball. I am not ready. NOT AT ALL. I don't want him to grow up. I got my second round of sweet babies and I want them to stay that way. He and I went to the grocery store tonight and he was so excited to help bring the groceries inside and put them away. He got upset when we brought them all inside and there wasn't anything else to get out of the car.

Finn (1)  made sure to put my oven mitts in the toilet for me today. That was fun. I opened the bathroom door and there were three sticking out of the toilet bowl. He just grinned, giggled, and ran away. That blond haired little sneak. I love him anyway.

I'm not sure whether our chickens are on strike or they are beginning to molt. Either way, they are not currently laying eggs which makes me feel like I am being taken advantage of. They have a nice coop which I have so graciously decorated and kept clean..... Freaking Freeloaders.  Natalie (15) makes fun of me for there being pictures hanging on the walls of the coop but I really think that a nice environment is important for all creatures to feel comfortable, mine are just getting too comfortable and think they don't have to do anything now.

Little Men

My littlest boys are getting so big. Matthew is 3 and Finn is 1. They are a whirlwind of chaos all the time and I love it.  Reminds me a lot of my older 2 boys at this age.

Matt is a walking recorder. You ALWAYS have to watch what you say around that child because I can guarantee that he will be repeating it. He's a spirited little guy with loads of energy and is constantly on the go.
Finn is rambunctious. This kid is going to make me crazy. You can tell him "no" and he will stare you down as he keeps on doing what he's going to do. He's also a mama's boy. This is the part of him I ADORE.
TOGETHER they are partners in crime. I'm sure I'll have plenty of adventures to document. There is never a dull moment in this household.

Pick Your Battles

Just keeping it real..... It really was a pick your battles kind of day. He knows how to get into just about everything.  Today is was my canisters of both rice and oatmeal. He sprinkled it everywhere. There is still rice in and on things.

And as soon as I thought it was over I look over and he had pulled the soles out of his shoes and found the oyster crackers. This mama is DONE with today.

Well he's here....and so is his baby brother.

Baby #4 is a sweet little boy. I named him Matthew. He's currently 2 and he sure acts it.

On to more news, Baby #5 is also a sweet boy. His name is Finn and he just turned 9 weeks old. He joined our family on Thanksgiving day giving us something to be thankful for. We all just adore Finn.

They are both huge blessings and keep us on our feet daily.

Am I done? I'm not sure. I wont be doing anything for birth control so if he thinks our family should stop growing he can do something about it. (You got one job Jimmy, lol)  I would never stop having children if I didn't have too. This mom job is the best one I could ever ask for and I'm sad that I don't get to do it full time anymore.
Instead I work part time for an major international airline and the other part time I attend college. It's insanely busy at times and sometimes so overwhelming that my brain doesn't always know where to throw its focus. For now I'm just happy to be somewhat functional!

7 Months pregnant with baby #4.

Yes you read that one right.

I am pregnant. Very pregnant, Beached whale pregnant... I am due Christmas Eve.
I wouldn't change it for anything. Even though this little guy (ITS A BOY!) was unplanned and a total surprise I am really truly excited to get to be mom of a tiny one again. Here is little man at his 20 week ultrasound.

Want to see what I look like too? I thought so...This is me at 30 Weeks.

Back to what I do best. Embarrass myself on accident, share it with the public and then at least enjoy the fact that someone got a laugh out of it.  I post on a bulletin board on Babycenter and the topic is what (sarcastically that is) has made us so dead sexy while we are pregnant. Here is mine: "I farted alone in my SUV when I went through the jack in the box drive through, I rolled down my window to pay and the drive through guy gagged and said "whoa damn!"  I kinda wanted to die...but instead I laughed like a man, ended up peeing myself and had to change my pants when I got home.  I ooze sexiness..."

Yes. I feel sorry for my Jimmy. Poor guy.

I'm still alive and kicking....kinda

Very few things make me as happy as a RuPaul's Drag Race Marathon! I love that show so much. I love to watch people be who they want to be and not who they HAVE to be to please other people. The new season starts tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited!
I got to spend time with James last night, It was really nice to just sit and talk and play games together. I love that he is interested in what I have to say. He takes my ideas seriously and not just as "Alicia's Dreaming". It gives me so much confidence to have someone think that I can be anything I want to be, I don't have to fit into someones idea of a perfect partner. I already am enough. When you feel that way there is nothing more freeing in being able to be who you are and who you were created to be.
Not so exciting news, I get to have a kidney removed. This is not something that I ever thought I would have to do, I am ready for it to be out.
I was watching TV with Luke the other night and a commercial for womens razors comes on and he looks at me in sheer horror and says "Women shave?". I had to explain it to him but he is still creeped out by it, I had to show him my razor and everything. Silly kid.
He has been such a snuggler lately. Always attached to me while we are at home. I don't mind one bit. He is going to be 8 in April and he is almost 4 feet tall.  He still fits in my lap just fine and I am going to let him continue to sit there as long as he wants.
Boston likes to use big words in conversation, sometimes it throws me off a bit. He is 9. I have heard the words; awkward, suffocating, perfection, sanitized, impeccable, and my favorite....unfortunate.
He had to write a report on someone that he loves, he chose his brother. Talk about melting a mommy heart. He does love his brother, they are best friends. They do not like to be away from eachother. They share a room but I think that if they had their own room we would have a hard time trying to keep them apart. I think that they feel like they are the other's safety net. I think its beautiful.
